In DENVER they have used the code as NRNRNR which is actually the third and sixth letter of the word DENVER.
Similarly, when it is BALTIMORE then we will take the 3rd, 6th and 9th letter to form a code name.
The 3rd letter is L, 6th is M and 9th is E and hence it is formed as LME and repeat it so that the number of alphabets is similar to the BALTIMORE.
