Since banana fruit is formed from ovary it is a true fruit. Parthenocaroic bcoz the ovary develops in to fruit without fertilization.

Banana is a true fruit as well as a parthenocarpic fruit because it is a fruit that develops from an ovary but without fertilisation.

A true fruit is a fruit that is developed from the pistil of a plant after fertigation of this plant with the pollen grains, whereas Parthenocarpic fruit is a fruit that need not develop from the ovary and fertilisation.

Although, Bananas are grown commercially they cannot be propagated by the fruit in the plant.
