if you come across ATM transaction failure where amount is debited from your account and cash is not received from ATM then you can complaint against bank. There are both online and offline methods.

In offline method visit your nearest bank branch of issuing card (ATM card use for withdrawal) . Now ask for complaint letter format form or you can downlaod it from respective bank website. Fill the details accurately mentioning each and every information. You will get a application number which can be used for future purpose. Some time You need to write complaint letter to Branch Manger, NPO or Head of Customer Services

To make the process faster. Bank’s introduced online grievance platform. Go to bank’s website and click on customer care. Now go to complaint section and select your complaint type. Select ATM related complaints and cash not received but amount got deducted option. Enter all details with ATM ID, transaction ID and submit it. You will get a service request number. This number can be used to track status of Complaint
