banks are present everywhere but it is very difficult for Poor households to get loan from the bank take then taking a loan from informal sources why is it so

the main rason is that the poor people do not have the terms of credit:-collateral

because some of the poor people does not have enough money to pay as collateral.

the believe more on informal sources(their relatives ,friends, lender)than the banks .

sometimes the cost of credit is more so the poor people had to pay half of their salary to banks and they do not left savings with them.

sometimes as a collateral they  have to pay mare than than their income to banks
