Dear Bapu,
You are the great soul Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation. Your philosophy of truth and non-violence paved the way for the freedom from the British rule.
I learned that you were born on October 2, 1869. Your birth anniversary, Gandhi Jayanti, is celebrated on October 2 as a national event across India. This day is observed across the entire world as the International Day of Non-violence.
Your non-violence and satyagraha policy lead India to achieve Independence without shedding a drop of blood.
You believed that all human beings are God’s special people and there must be no discrimination. You taught Indians that everyone must be treated equally irrespective of their caste, color, language, creed, region, and religion. You campaigned for the empowerment of the lower caste of the Untouchables- whom you called Harijans, the children of God.
In 1942, you urged Indians to stop cooperating with the British and called for Quit India movement. The story of India’s struggle for Independence was long and many people sacrificed their lives during the process. Finally, India achieved freedom in August, 1947. Thank you Bapu for your sacrifice and your great inspiration.
Dear Bapu, you are immortal. You were truly a great soul. You will always be remembered for your selfless love for the country and her citizens, for your humility, for your truth and non-violence, and for your tireless efforts to remove discrimination from every corner of our Motherland.
Answer:
necessity is the mother of invention” is the famous phrase and the truth of life which means requirement encourages people to invent new things. without inventing new things, our life would be just useless and boring with no dreams and expectations. requirements and needs are the main cause for new inventions.
for the first time, need to fulfill starvation, need to get shelter and need to avoid cold or hot temperature forced people to invent fire, wood, food, clothes, etc for their own sake. it is a human nature that expectation never ends, and nobody is fully satisfied in life with what they have. and this nature and feeling of non satisfaction led people to discover new things in form of inventions.
necessity is the only cause of these great inventions which was just a dream for all. many years ago, no one thought that some day they will fly in the sky, they can talk to their loved ones face to face sitting on thousands of miles far from them and one of the biggest achievements was when someone took the first step on other planets like the moon and mars. for the first time, things were invented to fulfil the basic needs of people but later needs were converted into the need of convenience and luxurious. for example, electricity was the basic need of people but different appliances operated through electricity are need of convenience
