thr drops of rain are not in the shape of circle. The two atoms mixed together to make water are Hydrogen and Oxygen , the shape of water is shapeless. it has no shape. it only gets combined with each other and we felt that it is in the shape of circle.

Actually , water drops are spherical in shape !!

And the reason behind it is , water drop's spherical shape is there because of force on it's surface layer also known as cohesive forces!! In the absence of all the forces , together with gravitational force it leads to have the same also spherical shape of the water drop increases wall tension (surface tension)
