Barrier caused due to time and distance are called physical barriers to communication.
- Physical barriers to communication are all the obstacles that refrain the sender and the receiver to communicate.
- Some examples of physical barriers of communication are environmental barriers, time, distance, technical issues, noise from the surroundings, etc.
- For example it the environmental conditions are not good, i.e. it is raining heavily or there is lightning and thunder in the sky then the message could not be delivered properly. If there is too much noise from the surroundings then the receiver could not properly hear the message and the sender also cannot focus on sending the messages.
