first case:-
base x altitude =32 cm x 13 cm
second case:-
base x altitude = base x 16 cm
area in both cases always same
hence,
32 x 13=base x 16
base =26cm
hence other side =26 cm
base x altitude =32 cm x 13 cm
second case:-
base x altitude = base x 16 cm
area in both cases always same
hence,
32 x 13=base x 16
base =26cm
hence other side =26 cm

Area of the parallelogram = b x h
Base = 32 cm
Height = 13 cm
----------------------------------------------
Area = 32 x 13 = 416 cm²
Now altitude = 16 cm
Area remains the same
So base = ?
base x 16 = 416
base = 416/16 = 26 cm
Base = 32 cm
Height = 13 cm
----------------------------------------------
Area = 32 x 13 = 416 cm²
Now altitude = 16 cm
Area remains the same
So base = ?
base x 16 = 416
base = 416/16 = 26 cm
