Base=8

hypotenuse =10

height=hypotenuse square-base square

=100-64=36

so,height is root 36=6

area = half base×height

=6×8

=48÷2=24

hope it helps

Hey Ma8,

******

 {h}^{2} = {b}^{2} + {p}^{2} \\ {10}^{2} = {8}^{2} + {p}^{2} \\ 100 = 64 + {p}^{2} \\ 100 - 64 = {p}^{2} \\ \sqrt{36} = p \\ p = \: 6 \\ \\ \frac{1}{2} \times 8 \times 6 \\ \\ \\ 4 \times 6 \\ 24 \\ \\ hence, \: area \: = 24 \\ \\ \\<br />mark \: me \: as \: a \: brainlist
