Given:-

1st Triangle

  • Base of Triangle = 6 units
  • Height of Triangle = 10 units

2nd Triangle

  • Base of Triangle = 9 units
  • Height of Triangle = 15 units

To Find:-

  • The ratio of area of first triangle to second triangle.

Solution:-

\boxed{\sf{✯\;Area\;of\; Triangle = \frac{1}{2}×Base×Height}}

Area of first triangle

→ 1/2×6×10

→ 3×10

→ 30 sq. units

Area of second triangle

→ 1/2×9×15

→ 4.5×15

→ 67.5 sq. units

Ratio of area of first triangle to second triangle

  • → 30:67.5

\Large{✓}
