           = 45/2 unit^2

Area 2 = 1/2 * base 2 *  height 2

           = 1/2 * 10 * 6

           =30 unit^2

Ratio = Area 1 : Area 2or  Area 1 /Area 2

= 45/2 *1/30

= 3/4

= 3:4

Let ABC and PQR be two right triangles with AB ⊥ BC and PQ ⊥ QR.

Given:

BC = 9, AB = 5, PQ = 6 and QR = 10.

∴A(△ABC)/A(△PQR)

=AB×BC/PQ×QR

=5×9/6×10

=3/4
