Area of triangle = 1 / 2 × base × height

Area of triangle 1 = 1 / 2 × 9 × 5 = 45 / 2

Area of triangle 2 = 1 /2 × 10 × 6 = 30

Ratio of areas = 45 / 2 / 30 = 45 / 60

= 3 / 4 = 3 : 4

So the ratio of there area is 3 : 4
