let us assume equal sides to be a each and base=b

b=(3/2) a

28=a+a+b

= a+a+(3/2)a = (7/2)a

a=8, b= 12

apply heron's formula for area

for height drop perpendicular on base and then Pythagoras theorem

area= 12√7

height= 2√7
