This is the answer
Heron's formula -
 \sqrt{s \times (s - a) \times (s - b) \times (s - c)}
So
S=(10+13+13)/2
=18
S-a = 18-10 = 8
S-b = 18-13 = 5 = s-c
 \sqrt{18 \times 8 \times 5 \times 5}
