Given :-

  • base perimeter of the room = 34 m
  • height of the room = 10 m

To Find :-

  • area of four walls ?

Solution :-

we know that,

 \boxed{\bold{ perimeter \: of \:base = 2(l + b)}}

 \bold{: \implies 2(l + b) = 34 \: cm } \: ......(i)

and

 \boxed{ \bold{area \: of \: four \: walls = 2(l + b) \times h}}

now, put the value of 2(l + b) and h

 \bold{ :  \implies 34cm \times \: 10 cm } \\  \\  \bold{: \implies 340 \:  {cm}^{2}  } \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

hence, area of four walls of the room is 340 cm²
