Maybe thats because women have more potential to understand,learn and answer in a much better and correct way then men.
And the rates are high now because now women are given right to education and the education/literacy rate amongst women is getting better day by day.

it is a ridiculous lie created by brainwashed feminists. men have higher average iq and the iq curve men is also more steeper at centre than women. it explains why there is only 1 woman nobel prize winner per 45 years. while men have 90% of the nobel prizes. i would like to quote my friend 'girls belong in kitchen'
