The dimensions of park l= 60m and w= 45 m
                   Area of the park =60*45= 2700 m²
Width of flower bed = 5m
Dimensions of park including flower bed is l1= 60+2*5= 70 m
                                                             w1= 45+2*5= 55 m
     Hence total area is 70*55= 3850 m²
Area of flower bed is  3850- 2700=1150m²
maintenance cost is Rs 4 per m²
Cost of maintaining 1150 m² is  1150*4=Rs 4600

 lenght= 60m
breadth= 45 m
 Area of the park =60*45
= 2700 m²

breadthof flower bed = 5m
new length = 60+2*5
= 70 m

 new breadth= 45+2*5= 55 m
total area is 70*55
= 3850 m²

Area of flower bed = 3850- 2700
=1150m²

cost of maintaining 1 m²=Rs. 4
Cost of maintaining 1150 m²= 1150*4
=Rs 4600
