ratio of students who scored A+ in school I;

 \frac{27}{40}  =  \frac{27 \times 3}{40 \times 3}  =  \frac{81}{120}

ratio of students who scored A+ in school II;

 \frac{37}{60}  =  \frac{37 \times 2}{60 \times 2}  =  \frac{74}{120}

comparing the two ratios we can conclude that ratio of students who scored A+ in school I is greater than those in school II.

Hence, School I has a better ratio of students who scored A+
