In my opinion, in the majority of cases, the experience is quite uneventful. I think that it leads to little more than a walk around the bedroom, the opening of a few drawers and stuff. Injuries most often occur when sleepwalkers believe they’re somewhere they’re not: windows, stairs and electrical appliances can lead to disaster. So sleepwalking is dangerous? (Unknown source)​
