The most obvious sign is while he states that there are above 100 clauses in the Constitution. All those amendments are intended to make community "perfect." Later on, George and his woman Hazel are considering how George's disabilities, the pockets of birdshot attached to his legs, are disturbing and uncomfortable. Hazel suggests George develop law and eliminate the bags as he isn't racing upon anyone at home. George responds that if he revealed the law so would others and they'd end up directly back in the "Dark Ages". These illustrations draw there is no such matter as a distinct society. Justice (in expressions, power, knowledge, etc.) does not produce about achievement and competition is fundamental for a growing economy. In every community, there are winners and losers. There is no way throughout that.
