Most of the circumstances that a person encounters can be controlled and managed in a proper manner.

Emotions are biological gifts that help one to express their feelings and strengthen their relationship. It is through emotions we learn to show empathy to sympathy, anger to frustration, happiness to joy, etc. Emotions help one to understand the purpose of life, to achieve goals, to stay optimistic, and to anchor on hope during difficult times. When these emotions are under control, they help us to decide and make choices.

The right way of thinking is to have a balance of emotional and critical thinking. Like emotional thinking, critical thinking helps one to solve problems, helps one to think in a creative way, question the systems, make the right decisions, etc. A balance of both makes us a mind of critical thinking bridged with emotions.

When I'm confused about what career I should choose or what path I should take, the 12-year-old me will give up thinking as it is exhausting, but my current age will make me write down the pros and cons of a job and thus help me to realize the importance of a job.
