As everything in the world is useful but has both good and bad sides, television also has some good points on how it can be a liberal educator. Based on my own experience:
It can be a liberal educator as it presents shows regarding the world, i.e. it presents shows about animals, nature, etc.
It presents about getting inspired through different shows as it presents various shows through which some people's life's story can be learned and inspired.
It presents the biography about different famous people who went through difficult times in order to succeed, etc.
