On 26 February 2021, the bureaux of the conferences of the Parties to the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm conventions agreed to hold the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention (SC COP-10) back to back with the fifteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel .
