limph- lymph and lymphatic capillaries are tiny thin walled vessels, closed at one end and located in the spaces between cells throughout the body, except in the central nervous system and non vascular tissues.
capillaries- capillary, in human physiology, any of the minute blood vessels that forms networks throughout the bodily tissues ; it is through the capillaries that oxygen, nutrients and wastes are exchanged between the blood and the tissues.
