The basic difference that is noticed between coagulable and non-coagulable protein is that, in coagulable protein that things get cogulated.
Few of them that are considered as an example of coagulable proteins include serum and blood whereas non-coagulable proteins are something that do not get coagulated.
Moreover, coagulable protein will get solidified in the presence of chemicals, heat and pressure. The non-coagulable proteins will not get solidified in the presence of heat, chemicals and pressure.
