At various levels, the human communication takes place. They are namely, extra personal, intrapersonal, interpersonal and organizational.

• The extra personal communication

when our pet dog wags its tail when it sees us, it is extra personal communication.

• The intrapersonal communication

It is a conversation that one has in his mind with himself. Without such internal dialogues an individual cannot proceed to the interpersonal and organizational levels.

• The interpersonal communication

It refers to the sharing of information between individuals or a group of individuals. It is direct, written or oral communication between one person/group and another, one person/group and one group/person.

• The organizational communication It is the communication in an organization takes place at different hierarchical levels. It is essential for the sustenance of an organization.
