This is because the expenditure done at every step is direct i.e. every rupee that you spend is deducted from Rs. 100 which is the initial Budget . While the saving for each step is calculated by deducting that particular amount from the previous Balance Which is NOT DEPENDENT on the initial budget. In more easier language, for saving column , the new saving is calculated considering the previous previous as the only budget which is obviously not equal to the initial Rs. 100 at the start.
100-60= 60
60-30= 30
30 - 18= 12
12 - 12 = 0
(202)-(100)=102
100 = 100
100-60= 60
60-30= 30
30 - 18= 12
12 - 12 = 0
(202)-(100)=102
100 = 100
