Yes we recharge the batteries of watches as well as mobile phones but the voltage is not same for both of them.

No, because the amount of chemical reaction stored in mobile is reversible,
there is a secondary cells which is used in mobile phones.....
But,
if we talk about batteries used in watches...
it contains a small amount of chemical energy,and the chemical reaction in them is irreversible,so it is a primary cell which is used in a watch...........
As we know that the primary cell is capable of giving weak current but secondary cell is capable of giving high as well as weak current!
