BC and BCE are the same.

BC/BCE is first on timeline, and AD/CE is second on timeline.

medhanshmalhotra27: AD and CE are also the same.
Nick987: what do you mean by saying BC and BCE are the same?
medhanshmalhotra27: Some historians use BC and AD (Before Christ and After Death)
medhanshmalhotra27: But now, instead of BC and AD, Most of the historians use BCE and CE (Before Common Era and Common Era)
medhanshmalhotra27: It's just new words, the meaning is totally same.
medhanshmalhotra27: Edit: AD stands for anno domini and not After death.
Nick987: kk
