Hey there !
Solution :
Well to calculate the time all across the world there is a set of standards followed. That is there is a city called Greenwich in the United Kingdom. This city is situated at 0° Longitude due to which it is of prime importance.
So the time all across the world is calculated by taking this as a reference point. That reference is called as Greenwich Mean Time
( GMT ).
Well coming back to your question.
London's time is technically referred as GMT + 0 as both Greenwich and London are significantly close to each other. But India's Capital Delhi has a reference as GMT + 5:30 which means that India's time is ahead of Greenwich by 5 hours and 30 Minutes.
Hence if India has a time of 8:30 p.m, then in GMT it would be 3:00 p.m.
So London = GMT + 0. This implies the time in London is also 3:00 p.m.
Hope my answer helped !
