moving from left to right across the period in a modern periodic table ionisation potential increases with the increase in nuclear Charge.

And ionisation potential decreases as we move from top to bottom down a group in a modern periodic table..


ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION..

the order will be F, O, N, B....

elements of period 2 ..

Ionisation potential of :

F = 17.4

O= 13.6

N= 14.5

B = 8.3
