To Find :  cd

Solution:

ΔPQD  ≈   ΔABD

=> PQ/AB =  QD/BD

ΔPQB  ≈   ΔCDB

=> PQ/CD =  BQ/BD

PQ/AB +  PQ/CD  = QD/BD + BQ/BD

=>  PQ/AB +  PQ/CD  = (QD + BQ)/BD

=> PQ/AB +  PQ/CD  =BD/BD

=>  PQ/AB +  PQ/CD  =1

=> 4/5  + 4/CD = 1

=> 4/CD = 1 - 4/5

=> 4/CD = 1/5

=> CD = 20
