Hey mate as I found something
Meristimatic tissues are in state of division.They give rise to new cells.These newly formed cells instead of division…undergo differenciation and acquire new function.Once they do so..they become permanent tissue.

NO WHEN THE MERISTMATIC TISSUE DIVIDES SOME OF THE CELLS REMAIN INSIDE THE MERISTEMS AND SOME CELLS ARE KICKED OUT OF MERISTEMS WHICH ARE KNOWNS AS DERIVATIVES OR DIFFERENTIATED CELLS AND THEN THOSE DERIVATIES ON MATURING BECOMES PERMANENT TISSUES
