Human capital plays a vital role in production because by using their skill, knowledge,ideas,money humans are able to create more resources.Moreover labour is the main factor of production. While growing crops labour in the form of human capital is needed to sow the seeds on the field, to harvest the crops, to plough the field , removing weeds etc.Moreover in production of any materials such as books,copies,bread,biscuit etc humans are very much important.In manufacturing of the above mentioned things humans are necessary to prepare all the things.Humans by using their skills create a number of machines which helps in production activities.

Human capital has a most important role in productivity as human is a only resource who can make the efficient use land and other resoures and which leads to increase the productivity of the country that means high productivity of the country.
