Actually, Some of the muscles are connected with bones by the help of Tendon Tissue. Thus, when the muscles contract and relax, the bones that are connected to the muscles also contract and relax. Thus, we are able to move with the help of muscles also. For example- We see the biceps muscles, when it contract the bones connected with this also contract. Similarly, When triceps Relax the bones connected with triceps also Relax.  Actually, Tendons Tissue attach the muscles to the bones. Tendons Tissue are the part of Connective Tissue.   Be Brainly

  1. Muscles move body parts by contracting and then relaxing.
  2. Muscles can pull bones, but they can't push them back to the original position.
  3. So they work in pairs of flexors and extensors.
  4. The flexor contracts to bend a limb at a joint.
