be a leader means that you can lead or can give advice. The second phrase means that you cannot give someone orders.

❇❇❇Yes, I totally agree with this statement... it is so true but we should not be a boss.... we should be a leader... Being a Boss means giving orders and being bossy... no one likes a boss who is so serious and always scolds.... but everyone likes the leader who always supports the members and give them advice which they need.... even in schools no one is a Boss but some are leaders who have the spirit in them to be leaders....❇❇❇
