\1/
Potassium permanganate will be pink in colour while the solution of Chalk powder will be in white colour.

\2/
After leaving the both solutions for a small period of time,
Particles of chalk will begin to settle at the bottom of the container while the other solution will not do this.

\3/
If we pass a torch light through each of the solutions,
Light will only be reflected by the solution of chalk powder because the solution of potassium permanganate is homogenous that means it is unable to scatter a beam of light.

\4/
Solution of potassium permanganate will easily be separated by physical method from its mixture while the solution of chalk powder will not be easily separated be physical but chemical methods.
