These both statements are different.

1. Beautiful person is not always good.

= This is absolutely correct. We can't say something about the nature or personality of a person just by seeing his/her face. It's not the thing that the person who is beautiful by face is also beautiful by heart.

2. Good person is always beautiful.

= This one's wrong. A person who is beautiful by heart can be ugly by face.

But according to me, the person must be good by heart. ❤
