Assume the radius of atom as 'a'

IN SCC

All atoms are at the corners of the cube

So the distance between the nearest atom will be 'a'

IN BCC

All atoms are at the corners of the cube, and one at the centre of cube.

Closest distance will be in between one at centre and another at any corner.

'0.866a’

IN FCC

All atoms are at the corner and on each face centre

'0.707a’

Hope it helps u a lot
