Narrator thinks quiet right. Harris started the packing of hampers with breaking a cup. He packed the strawberry jam on top of a tomato and squashed it. Harris and George stepped on things , put things behind them and couldn't find them when they wanted them. They packed pies at the bottom and put heavy things on top and smashed the pies in.

The narrator thinks that Harris is the worst packer in the world because of his method of packing. Harris' technique of packing was very unacceptable and it caused the spoilage of many things. He packed the pies which they would have during the journey at the bottom of the bag. Later he put other heavy things on the top of the pies. As a result, all the pies got smashed. Also, he squashed the tomatoes by packing them under the strawberry jam. He also broke the cup while packing them.
