Before 1 year I recieved many happiness in my life ,when I just switched off the lights when unnecessary, spending time with friends and family,every little things would be glorious ,happy and nice.but now eventhough I do the same thing I cannot receive any happiness.i am stressed.i cannot feel any happiness while playing badminton,studing which I loved ones.
The thing is I don't know which makes me happy.

Answer: Happiness and sadness are both temporary. Happiness and sadnnes both remain for the temporaray period of time. None of them is permanent in this materialistic world.

According to your situation, You're tired of living the cyclic same life.

Suggestions:-

a. Change your previous association to better one.

b. Find your passion and invest your time, energy and money in it.

c. Stay away from people who have multiple personalities.

d. Meditate at least for 10 mins in the morning. Just like gym is there to maintain our shape of the body, meditation is the gym for our mind.

e. Start your day with Gratitude and end your day with Gratitude to the God. Be Grateful for whatever you have, or for the things that you did'nt have but now you have them in your life.

f. Stay away from energy vampires, i.e the people who drains your energy and pull you down.
