before 4 months when i come to college i cross road during car crashed and my left leg is broken due to this my left leg broken Dr advice to rest 3 month and my house
30 km long away college so that Dr not allow to me travel write application to college tell issue why i am not present from 3 month?
.i normally come to college on to bus

since i met with an accident i was adviced not to travel and take bed rest for 3 months

with humble submission myself --------- std of class -----------under roll no.------it is hereby inform to all the college faculty members that one day ago when I was on the way for college unfortunately I met with an accident by car .Car was totally losed and i have got an injury in my right leg some students also there and they shift me in SDH hospital .where some urgent treatment also
done by the doctors and after that doctor advised me not to go by foot 3 months and recommended me bed ridden . kaindly allow me for 3 months leave .
