Answer:

The COVID-19 pandemic has suddenly and deeply effected our life in ways comparable to the most traumatic events in history, such as World War. Before pandemic I used to do more physical and live work like classes, meeting up with friends physically and going to markets. But now I do those things in a smarter way. Now classes are going online by using Google meets and Microsoft teams. I also see my friend by video calling in Whatsapp, Messengers or Viber. I purchase my daily necessaries using online shops. When life was normal I used to spend my time in classes, meeting friends and playing video games. But now I spend most of the time with my family and it feels more satisfying than those things

Explanation:

The COVID-19 pandemic has abruptly and profoundly altered our lives in ways comparable to the most traumatic events in history, such as World War II. With millions of people infected worldwide and thousands of deaths, the actual evolution of the crisis, as well as possible post-crisis scenarios, remain highly uncertain, depending on a number of key variables and factors (e.g. a treatment, a vaccine or some kind of immunity). Despite the recent positive results in the development of a vaccine, uncertainty is likely to remain the predominant emotion. From a philosophical standpoint, the COVID-19 drama is also a kind of stress test for our global system and, most likely, an opportunity to reconsider some aspects underpinning it, as well as its sustainability. We focus on the pre-crisis situation in this article by combining a number of selected global indicators that are likely to represent measures of different aspects of life. How was the actual performance of the World? We defined six macro-categories and derived their importance from various sources. The results show that economic priorities lead to positive outcomes, whereas all other distributions lead to negative outcomes. Furthermore, regardless of the absolute score, balanced and economy-focused weight distributions propose an optimistic interpretation of performance.
