begging is a crime . how can we discourage begging ???​

begging is not a crime at all.. but it's also not right. for me, it's wrong but sometimes people don't have any other way. according to me, all humans in this world are beneficial.. all can help others in at least on way. don't beg.. you are much more than you think. we can discourage begging by motivating people. they can do something good and then they can help others in need.
