A good samaritan is a charitable or a helpful person, who rises above his or her personal interests in helping others by acts or deeds that are beneficial to or for those persons. These acts or deeds are done as the person feels for other people. By exhibiting such behaviour, samaritans foster brotherhood among people and their selfless acts make them good citizens.

a good Samaritan must know about the general fundamental rights and duties of a good citizen at first.only then he will be able to identify whether a person is being misguided or being exploited of his or her rights.a good Samaritan must always be on the side of good.he or she must work towards the betterment of the society.he has responsibility towards society.
