being disease free is not the same as being healthy. explain the above statement giving an example?

Being healthy means that you are well physically, socially and mentally. Therefore, simply being disease free does not mean that you are healthy, because you may suffer socially e.g. be unwilling to interact with others. Diseases only usually refer to physical health.

Physical health and mental health are inter-related. When a person can work hard, interact well with people, enjoy leisure and can adopt to changes and stresses of life, maintains personal hygiene, has a good appetite, then the person is in good health
