Very nice question ! Let us solve your question in an easy way! :)

This is absolutely true. Being rich can mean having a lot of money and comfort, all

the imported stuff and technology but richness do not bring health along with

money. You have to work hard to be healthy. Sitting on a soft leather couch

watch a game on LED do not bring any health. It is the lifestyle that comes

along with the richness that determines the health of a person. With getting

rich you can either eat all the tasty food of the world or get the equipment to

work out to get a better health. Even though we are not engaging ourselves in

physical activities, eating healthy and fresh can make a lot of difference. But

a sedentary lifestyle along with fatty foods can

cause a lot of problems like obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and

hypothyroidism.

Other than that some people gets so into being rich they get

themselves in so much stress that starts eating up them alive, and create other

problems like heart and mental illness.

Exercise and yoga is very important to keep the stress out and

burn the unnecessary calories. Humor and music also works as a medicine for

stressed people. Fresh and healthy eating is a way of living a better life.
