Explanation:

Aloha !

 \texttt { This is Twilight Astro}

Given,

Average Speed= 15 Km/ hr

We know that,

Distance = Speed / Time

1. Taking average Speed as Speed of the particle,

Difference in time = 40-30=10 mins

Now,

Distance= 15/10

D=3/2 => D = 1.5

2. Taking average Speed as Speed of the particle,

Difference in time= 40-10=30 mins

Now,

Distance = 15/30

D=½ => D= 0.5

Hope it will help you
