• Processed food is consumed in a huge amount worldwide e.g. 41%. When we compare China and India, India consumes more processed food than China.

• When it comes to vegetables and fruits, China consumes more fruits and vegetables as compared to India and the rest of the world.

• Nuts and seeds are consumed more in China e.g. 19% as compared to India (11%) and the world (4%)
