Gaurav Agrawal (IAS) answered very intelligently in 2014 using his imagination as 3! + 3! + 3! + 3! + 3! = 30

This question is asked so many times.. all credit goes to him.  The following ways are my suggestions.

I can answer this question in many ways using the factorial function.

   3! + 1 + 3 + 9 + 11          = 30
       1 + 5 + 7 + 3! + 11               = 30
             3! + 3! + 3! + 11 + 1             = 30
                 3! + 3! + 11 + 5 + 1               = 30
            11+ 1 + 1 + 3! + 11              = 30
       15 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3!              = 30
     13 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 3!            = 30
         13 + 1 + 3 + 7 + 3!            = 30
               13 + 5 + 3 + 3 + 3!            = 30
